Important Notes: 
1. The following subject combinations have been closed due to very low take-up rate by students, making it unviable: 8S3, 8S4 and 7A2. An optimal number of students is necessary for effective learning. As such, appeals for these combination will not be considered.

Sec 3 Subject Combination 2024 provides students with opportunities to choose subject combination based on academic merit and interest in subjects offered.  

All subject combinations offered will pave the way for students to pursue post-secondary courses at the various tertiary educational institutions including Junior Colleges, Polytechnics, and the Institutes of Technical Education.  

Important:

• The eligibility criteria for respective subjects has already been moderated and adjusted taking into account the overall performance of the cohort for these subjects.
• Students should note that options made available to them in the system already take into account the moderated eligibility criteria. Hence, they will be selecting only from a list of combinations they qualify for.
• Please note that further appeals for combinations that students are not eligible for will not be considered.
